To manage users of ASR open the Users screen from the Explorer's Bar Setup section:
Please note, this selection is available only for "Administrative" users of ASR.
The Users screen is arranged in a grid where users are maintained. For non-administrative users it is possible to specify access level to individual ASR screens:
